Fine Art Photography

Photography was my first step into the world of art. I had also been curious about it during my teenage years but never did anything about that curiosity until my first job working in a photography lab printing other peoples photographs. My dad gave me his old Canon Ft-b and my curiosity ended and my love began. Oh how i miss shooting with film!!! I miss the not knowing, i miss the smell, i miss seeing the image “magically” appear when i put the paper into developer, i miss having to look a negatives with a light table and loupe, i miss the red light, i miss not being able to see when you push open that heavy door, i miss the total darkness. One day I will be able to find my way into a darkroom again, but for now I will continue with my Fuji X-T20 and Xt2. They are the closet that I have found to film in the digital world.
